An Aeroflot Airbus A320-200, registration VP-BNL performing flight SU-1395 from Perm to Moscow Sheremetyevo (Russia) which had 148 passengers onboard, was accelerating for takeoff off Perm’s runway 21 when tower instructed the crew to reject the takeoff. The crew complied and rejected takeoff at about 110 KIAS. The aircraft slowed safely and returned to the apron.

The aircraft was able to depart later and reached Moscow with a delay of about 4.5 hours.

Rosaviatsia reported a military aircraft, a MIG-31, taxied onto the runway at the end of the runway. Tower instructed the A320 to reject the takeoff.
