Emirates will add a fourth daily flight between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and London Gatwick Airport (LGW) starting Feb. 8, 2026, further boosting connectivity between the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Operated by the Airbus A350

The new service, operated by the airline’s latest Airbus A350-900 aircraft, will offer 32 lie-flat Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats and 238 Economy Class seats. Flight EK069 will depart Dubai at 17:05 local time, arriving in London Gatwick at 20:50. The return flight, EK070, will depart London at 23:55 and land in Dubai at 11:00 the following day.

The addition brings Emirates’ total daily London operations to 12 flights across three airports: Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted. The airline said the new flight offers greater flexibility and more departure time choices for travelers, particularly those seeking late-day departures from both cities.

The evening departure from Dubai allows passengers to maximize their time in the city, whether for business or leisure, while the early morning arrival in Dubai is timed for convenient hotel check-ins and same-day activities.

Passengers flying aboard the new A350 can expect next-generation interiors and in-flight technology, including wireless charging in Business Class, digital menus accessible through Emirates’ ice entertainment system, and electric window blinds featuring the airline’s Ghaf tree motif in premium cabins.

Where else does the Emirates A350 fly?

Gatwick will become the second UK airport after Edinburgh to receive the A350. With the launch of the fourth daily flight, Emirates will operate 140 weekly services to eight UK gateways: London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The UK network is served by a mix of A350s, A380s and Boeing 777s.

London joins a growing list of cities served by Emirates’ new A350 fleet, which includes Lyon, Bologna, Dammam, Mumbai, Edinburgh, Bahrain, Colombo, Kuwait, Muscat, Tunis, Amman, Istanbul and Ahmedabad.
