Refreshments to enhance customer experience

Greater Bay Airlines has introduced complimentary beverages and pastry for passengers to improve their quality of service on-flights. Consumers are able to pre-order meals, choices of refreshments and snacks up to 48 hours before departure.

The airline offers a budget-friendly inflight refreshments for travellers. Ms Crystal Rauti-Ho, Assistant General Manager Inflight Services of GBA, said,

“Customers always come first at GBA, We are a small but agile team that enables ourselves to respond faster to customer needs.”

With their continued efforts as a low-cost airline, GBA celebrates their small milestones to enhance customer experience.

Flavour-fest meals offered with GBA

Striving to provide delicious meals at a low and friendly cost, Greater Bay Airlines offers delicacies such as: Hong Kong Style Curry Beef Brisket, Sweetcorn and Diced Pork, Spanish Seafood Paella and Classic Beef Lasagne.

As a vegetarian option, stir-fried noodles with Lo-hon sauce and mixed vegetables is offered, alongside a health-conscious meal option of a Chicken Caesar Salad.

For those travelling with young ones, a children’s menu is offered with meals fun-packed with healthy and delicious ingredients.

Those who require extra attention to their food options, such as low-sodium or diabetic or halal meals, the airline regularly updates its meal offerings.
