New Western Sydney Routes in 2026

Singapore Airlines has officially unveiled an expansion of its Australia network, announcing the launch of daily non-stop services between Singapore (SIN) and Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) from November 2026. This marks a significant milestone for both the airline and the region, as it introduces a new direct connection to one of Australia’s fastest-growing urban areas.

Operating as SQ201 from Singapore to Western Sydney and SQ202 for the return journey, the route is already open for bookings.

The new service reflects growing demand for more convenient travel options into Greater Sydney, and its daily frequency ensures flexibility for leisure and business travellers, while reinforcing Singapore’s role as a major global aviation hub.

A New Gateway with Modern Advantages

Western Sydney International Airport, also known as Nancy-Bird Walton Airport, has been purpose-built to meet the needs of modern air travel.

Designed with advanced technology, streamlined passenger processing, and a strong emphasis on sustainability, the airport operates around the clock, allowing airlines to schedule flights at any time. This 24/7 capability is expected to ease pressure on other airports and provide travellers with greater choice and convenience.
