Dubai-based low-cost carrier flydubai has launched daily flights to Cairo. The airline announced it will start the operation from Dubai International Airport to Cairo’s Sphinx International Airport to meet the growing demand for passengers towards Cairo.

Sudhir Sreedhran, chief vice president of commercial operations, said:
“Eygpt is a very important market for flydubai. The new daily services will provide our passengers from the UAE, GCC, and CIS regions with more options for travel to Cairo through Dubai’s aviation hub.”
Tickets for this flight (DXB-SPX) will cost 1,240 dirhams for economy class and 5,500 dirhams for business class.
flydubai Inflight Services
flydubai uses 79 Boeing 737 variants, which include 30 B737-800, 46 B737 MAX8, and 3 B737 MAX 9. The airline provides complimentary Wi-Fi onboard for the passengers to connect laptops, phones, or devices throughout the flight and stay connected with friends and family, and the fleet is fitted with inflight entertainment with a wide range of TV shows, movies, games, documentaries, and music. More than 2,000 hours of entertainment are available, and passengers can enjoy Hollywood, Bollywood, Arabic, and Russian films while onboard.
Inflight meals are well planned and designed according to the flight. Passengers will be offered a complimentary meal for economy, value, or flex fare, but lite fare customers must pre-book their meals. Business class passengers can either pre-book the meal or select onboard. Special refreshments and other onboarding services are provided by the airline.
The airline recently launched a new menu offering a range of dietary options onboard, ensuring all passengers are catered for.
