Lufthansa has launched a limited-edition fashion range that brings cabin culture out of the aircraft and into everyday life. The Travel Etiquette Collection is built on shared experience, turning long‑standing debates into simple, recognisable slogans, inviting travellers to see the small rituals of flying in a new light.

Wearing Cabin Culture

Lufthansa has partnered with Serviceplan to launch the Travel Etiquette Collection, a limited-edition apparel line built around the unwritten rules of flying. The campaign has taken long‑standing cabin debates and turned them into fashion to highlight a universal part of the flying experience.

The seven-piece collection spans hoodies, T‑shirts, caps and accessories, each built around an experience that feels familiar to anyone who has spent time in a cabin. The designs are deliberately simple, tapping into the small moments that shape a flight. The slogans are intended to read like things passengers say to themselves or to each other, from “Middle seat gets the armrests” and “It’s OK to clap when the plane lands” to “Live, love, exit by row” and others, such as “Text your mom after landing” and “Recline responsibly.”

The exclusive pieces can be won through Lufthansa’s social media channels or via selected influencers, including Ben Henkler. The campaign is supported across TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, with additional visibility through out‑of‑home placements at airports.

Lufthansa’s campaign sits within a wider trend of travel brands turning unspoken holiday rules into entertainment. easyJet Holidays explored similar territory with its beach etiquette campaign, which used humour and recognisable scenarios to address common tourist frustrations. Lufthansa’s collection applies the same principle to air travel, using wearable statements to highlight a set of behaviours that almost every flyer has encountered.
