American carrier Delta Air Lines announced it will launch a new daily route between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Tokyo’s Narita International Airport (NRT), its second route from Seattle to the Japanese capital. The new route will launch on March 27, 2027, and will complement Delta’s existing Seattle-Tokyo flight to Haneda Airport (HND).

The new Seattle-Tokyo flight will use the Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, known for its widebody design, comfortable cabins and long-range capability, seating up to 465 passengers.
The route from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to Narita International Airport is one of the airline’s many American routes to Tokyo, with flights between Tokyo and American cities including Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Los Angeles and Honolulu.

The new route to Narita International Airport will add to its portfolio of over 300 destinations, flying up to 5,500 flights daily.
