Premium Experience Now Available on Airbus A320 Flights Across the Continent

Aviance launched its new Business Class, Américas. It is now available on over 80 routes across the continent with Airbus A320.

The new Business Class is expected to offer various features for the passengers.

When travelling with the new Business Class Américas, travellers could access premium seats with extra legroom and recline in the first three rows of the aircraft, power outlets, meals and beverages, and Avianca in-flight entertainment streaming to mobile devices.

With the Business Class ticket, travellers could bring one personal item, one carry-on luggage up to 10 kg onboard. Two checked bags with a maximum weight of up to 32 kg each are also included in the fares.

In addition, travellers could also enjoy exclusive benefits, such as priority service of check-in, baggage handling, and boarding, access to Avianca Lounges, and earning 10 LifeMiles per dollar spent.

Notably, seven routes to and from spots in Ecuador are expected to be added with the Business Class Américas experience at the beginning of Nov.

New Routes and Expansion Plans Through the End of the Year

The new Business Class is already available on more than 80 destinations departing from Bogotá, Medellín, and San Salvador.
Apart from the routes the airline is currently offering, there are many routes expected to be able to access the Business Class Américas.

Starting from Oct 26, a new route from Bogotá to Monterrey is expected to be added with the Business Class Américas experience.

From Nov 1, the route from Quito to Buenos Aires (Ezeiza), San José, and New York, and the route from Guayaquil to Buenos Aires (Ezeiza), Miami, and New York are expected to be added to the service.

From December, more routes are expected to be added with the new service during the year-end season, including the route from San Salvador to Orlando, San Salvador to Montreal, San Salvador to Chicago, San Salvador to Las Vegas, and Medellín to Orlando.

Avianca CEO Frederico Pedreira said:

“We have expanded this service to more routes, driven by the great reception from over 298,000 passengers who have flown in our Business Class Américas. Today, more than 80 routes connect from Bogotá, Medellín, and San Salvador, and soon additional routes from Quito and Guayaquil will be added to elevate the way people fly across the Americas.”
