France-based full-service carrier Air France introduces its 17th route to the United States. The airline will fly directly from Paris to Phoenix thrice a week starting May 2024. Air France is the only airline operating non-stop to Pheonix from Paris among 18 different airlines, having 28 different connections.
Air France to Arizona
Air France will fly non-stop to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) from Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG) following the 3rd and 4th freedoms of the air. The aircraft will operate on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, making 3 times a week to Arizona State, the frequency was increased to accommodate the high traffic demand during the summer season.

As per the schedule, the AF68 will depart (CDG) at 10:10 am, cruising for 11 hours, arriving in (PHX) at 12:10 pm. The aircraft will use 2 hours of turnaround time in Phoenix before its next flight to Paris. The Second leg, AF69 spools up at 14:10 and arrives at (CDG) the next day at 09:15 am.
AF will deploy one of its Boing 787-9 variants, having 278 seats in 3-3 configurations, and classes consisting of 30 business, 21 premium, and 228 economy seats. AF usually uses Boeing 787 variants for long and medium-haul operations.
Destination AF flies in the US
Air France is one of the biggest airlines operating in Europe. The airline’s network reaches every continent with 29 domestic flights and 201 international flights to 94 countries.
In the US Air France operates to many destinations such as New York, Newark, Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington, San Fransisco, Seattle, Dallas-Fort Worth, and a few more. Currently, they have Phoenix which makes it the 17th destination. According to Cirium, the fourth busiest route operated by AF is Atlanta, while New York (JFK) remains the most revenue-generating airline market for AF.
