LOT Polish Airlines has launched the second edition of Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class on selected long-haul routes.

Michelin-Starred Collaboration Returns and Business Class Menu Highlights
The updated menu officially launched on Feb. 1 and will be available until July 31, 2026. The limited-time menu marks the airline’s second collaboration with a Michelin-starred chef for long-haul Business Class services. The menu has been curated by Artur Skotarczyk, head chef at Muga, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Poznań.
Instead of a full menu change, the new menu features a small selection of main dishes designed to be served reliably on long-haul flights while keeping a high standard. Business Class dining options include:
- Braised beef with Madeira wine sauce
- Label Rouge salmon with saffron beurre blanc and caviar
- Guinea fowl coq au vin with modern presentation
- Hokkaido pumpkin gnocchi as a vegetarian option
The limited menu reflects the practical demands of long-haul catering while maintaining a premium standard.

Service Availability and Premium Strategy Focus
The Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class are available on selected long-haul flights departing from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Passengers are encouraged to pre-order their preferred main course at least 24 hours before departure via the airline’s website or contact centre. Meals are served on premium crockery and paired with a curated selection of Polish and international wines, supporting the overall long-haul Business Class experience.
By extending its Michelin star-rated menu into 2026, LOT Polish Airlines is continuing to invest in Business Class dining on long-haul routes, where onboard food choice and experience increasingly matter to premium passengers. The limited-time menu also follows a wider airline trend toward seasonal, chef-led dishes that give frequent Business Class travellers something new to look forward to.
As Michelin-starred flavours become more common in long-haul Business Class, does it still meaningfully set airlines apart? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
