A Look Back at 2020

At the start of the year, nobody could of predicted the unprecedented and vast changes that lay ahead of the industry, and the ‘new normal’ that would soon begin to take shape across the world. From the first lockdowns across the world in March, through to the very different Summer-season we saw through June, July and August, there is no doubt that this year has been very difficult and different for the Travel and Aviation communities.

Throughout the year we’ve published over 1,000 news stories keeping up-to-date with the latest across the industry, tracking COVID-19 developments, and analysing the way forward for the industry. We’re proud to have reached over 100million users throughout the year with high-quality, robust journalism – Growing to become one of the largest vertical publishers within the aviation-space.

#GrowBackBetter

As we move into 2021, I want to personally wish everyone – from our first time readers, through to daily fans, a happy and safe festive period, and Happy New Year. Please take time to consider smaller celebrations this year, and protecting those around you. It is more important than ever we stick together.

2020 has been a devastating year for the industry, but we will #GrowBackBetter as an industry, with positive news of a vaccine rollout across the globe, and the bounce-back of many carriers adapting to the ‘new normal’ we’re all now familiar with. This crisis will come to an end, but until then stay safe out there.

A huge thank you for your support, and we look forward to many exciting developments and projects in 2021 – We think you’ll love them.
