This Sunday an Asiana A330 collided with the tail of a parked Turkish Airways A321 at Istanbul Airport.

No injuries were reported, and fire crews rushed to the scene to prevent any fire starting onboard. The Asiana A330 is said to have minor damage to the winglet and wing structure on the port (left) side and the A321 having substantial damage to the tail plane including the APU Unit onboard.

An investigation is ongoing to find the cause of the incident. We will keep you updated with the latest.
