What is Singapore Airlines?

Singapore Airlines is the national carrier of the sunny island of Singapore. Singapore Airlines is considered one of the best airlines in the world due to its amazing service onboard and has won four awards for being the “world’s best airline” by Skytrax. Founded in 1947, Singapore Airlines has a diverse fleet of aircraft and routes, with the Airbus A350 being one of the newer ones in their fleet.

What is the Airbus A350?

The Airbus A350 is one of the most airline favourable airplanes on the market! Having its first flight in 2013, it is well-known for its extra-wide fuselage and ability to reduce jet lag.  As of April 2021, Qatar Airways has the largest Airbus A350 order with a total of 76 aircraft, followed by Singapore Airlines with 67 aircraft. However, Qatar Airways has not taken delivery of all their Airbus A350s yet. Due to this fact, Singapore Airlines is temporarily the world’s largest Airbus A350 operator.
