Long Standing Reputation on Punctuality

According to the new reports on airline punctuality, Scandinavian Airlines has recorded 84.43% of flights that arrive on time, ranking first in Europe and 7th globally.

Anko van der Werff, president and CEO of SAS, said this title is an accurate reflection to the airline’s dedication to providing reliable service to their customers:

“Reliability is at the heart of SAS and what our customers expect from us. Being recognized yet again for punctuality shows our consistency and that our teams deliver on this promise every day across our network. In Scandinavia, being on time is more than a metric – it reflects trust, respect, and keeping promises. We are very proud to represent Scandinavia by continuing to provide a consistent and dependable travel experience for our customers.”

SAS: Ambition to Expansion Dedication to Better Service

The consecutive crowning of SAS as Europe’s most punctual airline on the report reflects the Scandinavian carrier’s ambition to provide better service, as well as ambitions in expansion. SAS’s fleet renewal with the record Embraer order in July sees a start to the carrier’s new chapter, introducing more destinations to their roadmap, and more use of Sustainable Aviation fuel (SAF) with boosted sustainability.
