Providing an Uplifting Dining Experience

The finest farms in countries such as Italy and Azerbaijan have collaborated to provide the most exquisite caviar for all Numero Uno diners. Diners can either sit and consume this caviar or take it away if pressed for time.

The chefs of Numero Uno are dedicated to creating plates of food using the finest caviar available. They also aim to provide a world-class service to all who use the Plaza Platinum and Pearl lounges in Dubai and Zayed International Airports.

Plaza Premium Group’s Deputy CEO, Bora Isbulan, had this to say regarding the unveiling:

“Our partnership has paved the way for a redefinition of culinary indulgence for global travellers. We’re thrilled to introduce these new luxury gourmet experiences in the UAE.”

Additional Experiences Provided for Passengers

Passengers may believe dining in a caviar bar before boarding a flight is luxurious enough. The Plaza Premium lounge, however, also offers sessions where passengers can indulge in a tasting of the caviar provided.

This experience is provided using private suites for those who want extra seclusion when tasting the caviar. Beverages will also be served alongside the main caviar dishes, helping to create an unforgettable experience before passengers board their flight.
