The order

Most of the passengers were Chinese, and relatives in China are still looking for answers. The court stated that another 23 incidents are still active. In 47 other cases, agreements have been reached, and lawsuits have been withdrawn.

Recently, the Malaysian government announced that the search for the plane would resume on Dec. 30.

In 2014, the flight MH370 mysteriously vanished en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. Passengers on board have never been found, but they have been declared legally dead.
