Kenya Airways Introduces New Customer Loyalty Program Called “Asante Rewards”

Africa’s most anticipated customer loyalty programme, Asante Rewards, has been announced by Kenya’s national airline, Kenya Airways (KQ). The programme is an expression of the airline’s gratitude for its loyal customers and will enable users to get more out of their travel experience by earning redeemable points on trips with Kenya Airways or any of its partners.

Customers may use their points to get incentives including reward tickets, seat upgrades, more luggage allowance, priority services, seat choices, and many other perks through the Asante incentives Loyalty Programme.

Customer Loyalty Program Called “Asante Rewards”

The demand for a loyalty program tailored to the African market and its dynamics prompted the launch of Asante Rewards. This is also in line with the airline’s commitment to developing new products and services that improve and delight customers throughout the entire travel experience.

Speaking at the launch, Allan Kilavuka, Kenya Airways Group Chief Executive Officer said:

“Asante Rewards is a unique African product created from years of research, customer feedback and best practices from across the globe. Kenya Airways is proud to introduce Africa’s most awaited loyalty program.”

Customers will be able to advance through four (4) levels of the Asante Rewards Loyalty Program as they accumulate points. They are: Each of the four tiers—Platinum, Silver, Ruby, and Gold—offers distinctive advantages and privileges to ensure that customers have a more satisfying travel experience with Kenya Airways.

Allan Kilavuka added:

“For 46 years, millions of customers have chosen us.”

“It is now time for us as Kenya Airways to say Asante TO our customers in a very special way.”

The Asante Rewards Program is Kenya Airways’ way of saying “Asante for choosing us” and thanking our loyal customers. Flying with Asante Rewards is more rewarding and your ticket to your passion. Reward tickets, SkyPriority services, lounge access, special discounts, and seat upgrades are all available! As a part, you procure focuses each time you fly with Kenya Aviation routes or our accomplices.

On all eligible Kenya Airlines fares and purchases, members receive points. Your destination, fare type, and travel class all affect how many points you receive. After a flight, points will appear in a member’s account within 24 hours.
