2025 Freddie Awards Winner

Avianca’s Lifemiles loyalty program won the ‘Up and Coming Program Award’ – or the 210 Award – at the 2025 Freddie Awards. This recognises Lifemiles’ brilliant value through promotions and innovation, making it the highest-rated program out of all votes. This achievement marks Lifemiles’ fifteenth Freddie Award, demonstrating its continued improvement and adaptation to travellers’ needs.

Founded fourteen years ago, Lifemiles has since received twenty-two international awards, and is the most awarded loyalty program in Latin America. This award reaffirms Lifemiles’ reputation as a renowned program in the aviation industry, valuing customer experience and matching Avianca’s aims for 2025.

Valeria Yglesias, Senior Vice President of Lifemiles, has commented on receiving the ‘Up and Coming Program Award’:

“Being recognized with the 210 Award is an honor, as it reflects the value our members perceive in our program. This year, we have introduced multiple improvements, doubled the number of tickets redeemed with miles, and continue working daily to help Lifemiles members travel more and better.”
