What is PRASE?

Overall, Farnborough scored 9.73 in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey. This survey is an annual ranking based on customer feedback regarding aviation ground services. The achievement is determined by the insights of aviation professionals. This can range from executives of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, and CEOs, all of which contribute their expertise to Professional Pilot magazine.

Simon Geere, CEO of Farnborough Airport, said:

Being acknowledged in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey for 18 years is a tremendous honour for Farnborough Airport. Our relentless pursuit of excellence is at the core of everything we do, and this consistent recognition reaffirms our unwavering commitment to our customers.

Farnborough recently announced that it has retained its number one position in the 2025 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey. This has secured its status as the leading FBO across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific for 19 consecutive years.

Reflection

Simon Geere reaffirmed the Airport’s commitment to maintaining its industry-leading standards. He commented:

The entire team at Farnborough Airport is deeply appreciative of this ongoing recognition and the trust placed in us by our customers. As we continue to innovate and invest in our facilities, we remain dedicated to setting new benchmarks for service, customer care, and operational excellence. This recognition as Europe’s number one FBO reflects the dedication of our staff and we extend our appreciation to all those who participated in the survey.

Speaking of industry standards, the airport previously signed a landmark Sustainable Aviation Fuel deal with Hydrogen Refinery.

Farnborough Airport’s ranking in both surveys reinforces its position as one of the globe’s highest-performing FBOs. The accolade also reflects its long-standing commitment to excellence and upholding its reputation as Europe’s prestige business hub.
