Emirates Release New Turndown Service and Loungewear Line

On Dec. 19 2025, Emirates released a new luxury loungewear line, bed linens and turndown service for first class passengers. First class customers can now enjoy premium drinks from cut crystal glassware, Bowers and Wilkins noise cancelling headphones and experience the Emirates A380 Shower Spa for ultimate relaxation and comfort.

New Loungewear and Luxury Turndown Service

First class customers, on select long-haul flights, will be offered new luxury loungewear, plush slippers and silk feel eye masks during their flight. Created from lightweight materials, these items create comfort and breathability for those who use them. For these sets, Emirates have introduced a choice of blush pink, light grey and two toned grey palettes for all to enjoy for ultimate relaxation and comfort.

In 2026, Emirates will introduce premium cotton bed linen. This will include pillows, mattress covers and duvet covers for private first class suites. In the suite you will find:

  • A prepared bed
  • A wellness card encouraging relaxation
  • BYREDO Chamomile Pillow Mist
  • Luxury chocolate

In addtion, you can also expect to find reclining seats that can lie-flat and an automatic door for enhanced privacy.

Emirates A380 Shower and Headphones

The Emirates A380 Shower Spa has been redesigned. The new stone aesthetic and display units with the same colour palette as the aircraft creates a calming ambiance.

Emirates have partnered with VOYA, a luxury Irish skincare brand to introduce new fragrances to the Spa. From calming lavender and eucalyptus to honeysuckle and neroli, you are met with a variety of calming scents for complimentary use. Onboard, passengers are provided with:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Body Wash
  • Body moisturiser
  • Face wash
  • Soap
  • Hand cream

As well as this spa experience, first class passengers are also presented with the new Bowers and Wilkins noise cancelling headphones that are custom-tuned exclusively for Emirates’ first class suites. Designed for comfort and  and clarity, these headphones provide exceptional audio performance and integrate with Emirates’ award-winning ice inflight entertainment system.
