Condor will launch three new routes from Frankfurt to Athens, Florence and Stockholm in spring 2027. This expansion will increase the airline’s European city network to 16 destinations and provide more connecting opportunities through Frankfurt Airport (FRA).

Condor Announces New Frankfurt Routes
The first route will launch on April 28, 2027, connecting Frankfurt Airport (FRA) with Athens International Airport (ATH). During the summer, Condor will operate one daily flight between Frankfurt and the Greek capital.
The route to Florence Airport (FLR) will start operating on May 6, 2027. Florence will be served twice daily throughout the summer, providing more options for business and leisure travellers.
Subsequently, Condor will launch a route to Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) on May 13, 2027. This route will operate twice daily year-round, adding a Nordic destination to the airline’s network.

Condor Strengthens Its Frankfurt Hub
These three new routes are part of Condor’s strategy to strengthen Frankfurt Airport as an international hub. Their flight schedules will be coordinated with the airline’s long-haul routes, allowing passengers to transfer through Frankfurt to destinations in North America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
Pierre Dominique Prümm, Condor’s chief commercial officer, said:
“By expanding our city network, we are making a targeted investment in the continued development of our hub at Frankfurt Airport.”
The expansion is also part of Condor’s continuing transformation from a leisure airline into a network airline. Its growing short-haul operations will complement its long-haul routes and improve access to European cities for passengers connecting through Frankfurt.
