China’s indigenously developed J-20 stealth fighter jets have begun their first-ever over the ocean combat training, a senior official of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force said on Wednesday.

Chengdu J-20 is China’s fourth-generation fighter jet capable of both medium and long range and received entry into service commission earlier this year. There are currently eight prototype aircraft with twenty combat ready aircraft in production.

What are your thoughts on this oversee training and the J-20?
