Avelo Airlines has announced the addition of two destinations to its network, with new, nonstop routes from Indianapolis, Indiana, and Cleveland, Ohio, to New Haven, Connecticut, and Charlotte/Concord, North Carolina.

More Customer Choice and Greater Value

The additions make Avelo the only airline to offer nonstop flights on these routes. With one-way tickets starting from $39, the airline aims to offer both affordability and convenience to customers.

CEO and founder of the airline, Andrew Levy, said:

“These new routes give travelers in Central Indiana and Northeast Ohio more choice and greater value, making it easier than ever to get to two great Avelo bases. This growth demonstrates our unwavering commitment to our bases and momentum as we continue to grow our network.”

Convenient Routes to Support Tourism

The routes will be operated using Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft, with travel dates as follows:

  • Flights from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) will begin on June 18, 2026, with a twice weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays.
  • Flights from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (USA) will begin on June 18, 2026, with a twice weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays.
  • Flights from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) to Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) will begin on June 19, 2026 with a twice weekly service on Fridays and Mondays.
  • Flights from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) to Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (USA) will begin on June 19, 2026 with a twice weekly service on Fridays and Mondays.

Indianapolis and Cleveland are both thriving cities with exciting recreational scenes. Indianapolis boasts more war memorials than any other U.S. city excluding Washington, D.C., and is home to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as the NBA’s Indiana Pacers and the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. Cleveland, famously home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, sits on 8 miles of lakefront and is the city where the iconic Superman character was created.

The flight tickets are available to purchase at Avelo’s official website.
