airBaltic’s Sustained Growth and Market Leadership

“2025 started with two months of continuous growth,” said Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic. “We are pleased to see more passengers choosing airBaltic as their preferred airline, reinforcing our position as the leading carrier in the Baltic States. February is traditionally one of the quietest months in aviation, yet we maintained stable performance and achieved record-breaking results. With our extensive European and global network, we remain committed to providing top-tier connectivity from the Baltic region.”

In addition to its growth in passengers, airBaltic was the first European airline to offer free high-speed SpaceX Starlink internet in February 2025 . This is in a bid to enhance the passenger experience and attract more travellers by introducing a new era of seamless in-flight connectivity network.
