Egypt’s Sky Vision Airlines takes first Airbus A321-211 aircraft from Avora Aviation under a dry operating lease agreement. This aircraft will support the expansion of the airline’s international route network.

Avora Aviation
Avora Aviation is a Dubai-based aircraft leasing and trading company, publicly launched in September 2025, specialising in mid-life narrowbody aircraft and engine leasing, financing, and asset management.
The company is an active partner with Fly2Sky Airlines for fleet expansion and lease management, and partners like FPG Amentum, Merx Aviation, and PK AirFinance for financing.
The firm is part of Avora Group, an international aviation platform with activities spanning leasing, Air Operator Certificate (AOC) operations, Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO), and pilot training. There is also an associated Avora Aviation Academy, a European-based training centre (headquartered in Sofia) specialising in A320 type ratings and integrated Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) courses.

Sky Vision Airlines
Sky Vision Airlines is an Egyptian private charter airline established in late 2022, based in Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt, that operates passenger and cargo flights across Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
It operates a small fleet, primarily focusing on Airbus A320 family aircraft for both passenger charter services and specialised air freight.
Long-term plans include adding widebody aircraft to expand services into Asia.

Delivery of A321 aircraft
As stated on Avora’s website, the aircraft has been registered onto the Egyptian registry and ferried to its operating base ahead of entering commercial service. As the largest member of the A320 family, the A321-211 provides higher seat capacity than their existing A320s, which is ideal for routes that require more seats than a standard narrowbody but cannot yet support a widebody aircraft.
By securing the aircraft through a dry operating lease, Sky Vision Airlines can scale its fleet without the heavy capital expenditure of a direct purchase. Therefore, this partnership with Avora Aviation provides a flexible structure that specifically supports operators in their growth phases.
Avora Group Chief Executive Officer, Alim Lakhiyalov, stated:
“Placing this A321 with Sky Vision Airlines is exactly the kind of partnership Avora was built to deliver — backing ambitious operators with the right aircraft and a structure that supports their growth plans”
Essentially, the A321 will allow the Egyptian carrier to serve regional routes effectively, with aircraft often seen supporting urgent cargo requirements, such as operating flights to Libya.
He added:
“We’re glad to be part of their growth story and look forward to a long-term relationship as the fleet expands.”
This move complements Sky Vision’s other 2026 growth initiatives and the ongoing expansion of its cargo fleet.
