Investigation Continues, Crew Escorted to A&E

The investigation of this incident continues as the crew members were sent to A&E in a nearby hospital for checkups.

Mr Steven Yiu, Executive Director of Airport Communications at the HKIA, has said that the weather and runway conditions were fine when the cargo flight crash happened.

Hong Kong International Airport has served as a regional hub for air cargo. The authorities believed that the crash this morning would not affect the airport’s operations today as they work with local authorities to investigate into the matter.
