Michelin-starred in-flight Dining Experience

EVA Air announced its new menu for long-haul flights from Taipei Taoyuan International Airport to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle, in collaboration with Kanpai Classic. The new ‘A5 Wagyu Sukiyaki’ is an exclusive offer to passengers travelling in the Royal Laurel Class.

Passengers travelling in Premium Economy Class can also choose the new ‘Japanese Wagyu Curry Rice,’ also in collaboration with Kanpai Classic. Offers are also available in Economy class on flights flying from Taipei to Tokyo.

Kanpai Classic is a Michelin-starred wagyu restaurant established in Taiwan in 2005, specialising in a wagyu fine-dining experience. They have multiple branches across Taiwan, Shanghai, also in Soho, London.

Beverages: Good Coffee, New Juice Blend and Refined Alcohol Selections

For flights bound for popular summer vacation destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Bali and Jakarta, passengers can enjoy Irwin Mango ice lollies in collaboration with iceSpring, inviting passengers to taste the summer delights before embarking on their vacation upon arrival.

Apart from food options, the drinks and snacks menu onboard is also updated this summer, including a range of beverage offers.

EVA Air is the first Asian airline to bring Starbucks onto long-haul flights, serving 100 percent Arabica coffee for Royal Laurel Class passengers on flights bound for destinations in North America, Europe and Australia.

For selected Asian flights, passengers can enjoy a new ‘Summer Peach Tea’ blend of Assam Tea and peach flavour, making the journey a refreshing one.

For alcohol offerings onboard, Royal Laurel class passengers travelling to North American destinations can now choose La Grande Dame by Veuve Clicquot, or Piper-Heidsieck’s Rare on the champagne menu.

EVA Air has always strived to provide top-class in-flight experiences, ranging from Michelin-starred dining offers to themed cabins.
