1 killed in Pakistan Navy helicopter crash

A crew member was killed when an helicopter of the Pakistan Navy crashed into Arabian sea on Friday, media reported.

Spokespersonof the Navysaid that the helicopter was on its routine operation when it crashed into the sea, stretching off the shores of Pakistan’s south Sindh and southwest Balochistanprovinces, Xinhuareported.

A rescue operation is underway, he confirmed, adding that the cause of the crash has not been ascertained yet and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
