United Airlines has announced an expedited plan to launch Starlink, the industry-leading satellite hight -speed connectivity service, across its fleet. The first commercial flight equipped with United Airlines Starlink ,connectivity is now expected to take off this spring on an Embraer E-175 aircraft.

The new partnership with United Airlines will feature gate-to-gate connectivity, providing high-speed, low-latency internet for streaming, gaming, online shopping, and more, at no charge for MileagePlus members.

In the statement to Travel Radar, Richard Nunn, CEO of United MileagePlus, commented:

MileagePlus members can access Starlink services on seatback screens and personal devices simultaneously, with membership available at no cost. Members also enjoy perks such as:
