First Princess In-Air

Celebrating the new music-filled ride at Disneyland Resort, California, the new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Flyer is hand-painted by artists,  showcasing the film’s main characters on the aircraft. The newly painted Boeing 737-800 will serve Alaska Airlines for the coming few years and start dreamy adventures, according to the airline’s Vice President of Brand and Marketing:

Every journey should be as magical as the destination, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Flyer brings that wonder to the skies in a way that perfectly complements our commitment to creating remarkable journeys. This aircraft captures Princess Tiana’s love for exploration and adventure, inspiring our guests to embrace new possibilities and create memories along the way.”

The Adventure Flyer was revealed at Portland International Airport before its first flight to Santa Ana, California. The reveal was just in time for the theme park resort’s 70th anniversary.

Alaska Airlines’s Dedication to Culture-Rich In-Flight Experiences

This is not the first Disneyland-themed aircraft in the Alaska Airlines fleet. The first Disney-themed aircraft with the airline dates back to 2002, and since then, the resort and the airline have had regular collaborations, working together to bring journeys magical and memorable.

The airline’s dedication to promoting culture is seen not only in this collaboration. The merger with Hawaiian Airlines, with a new lounge that reflects the group’s heritage, food and beverage options of regional dishes, the airline continues to curate memorable culture-rich in-flight experiences.
