STARLUX Airlines Earns 2026 APEX Five-Star Global Airline Distinction

STARLUX Airlines has once again earned global recognition, receiving the 2026 APEX Five-Star Global Airline award.

STARLUX Recognised for Excellence in Passenger Experience at APEX Awards

STARLUX Airlines has been awarded the “2026 Five-Star Global Airline”.

The award is designed by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), which is a global organisation focusing on evaluating passenger experience.

The airline received the award at the 2026 APEX Awards Ceremony at the Long Beach Convention Centre in California.

STARLUX Airlines Director of Airport Operations Jessica Lin was the representative to accept the award on behalf of the airline.

Second Consecutive Year of Five-Star Recognition for STARLUX

It is the second year that STARLUX Airlines earned a “Five Star Major Airline” distinction from APEX.

Earlier this year, STARLUX Airlines was also recognised as SKYTRAX Five-Star Airline.

STARLUX CEO Glenn Chai said:

“We are deeply honoured to once again be recognized with the APEX Five Star Airline Award. At STARLUX, our commitment to providing a luxurious service experience is unwavering, and we place immense value on every piece of feedback from our passengers. Their insights drive our continuous improvement and inspire us to enhance both our facilities and services.”
