Spaero’s System

Spaero has launched a new AI powered Email-To-RFQ (Request for Quote) process. This new procedure and the use of artificial intelligience is set to accelerate the procurement of aircraft parts, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs for airlines.

Spaero’s Email-To-RFQ (eRFQ) feature allows users to request a quote via email. The system then analyses the request and responds to the user with suitable solutions, having immediately matched available parts or repair options. This drastically lowers the time and effort required to acquire aircraft parts. In Spring 2025, Spaero’s partner airlines will gain exclusive access to their new platform.

Myles Corey, founder of Spaero, said:

“Throughout my career in aviation, I’ve seen how outdated procurement processes create unnecessary delays and cost inefficiencies. We set out to address these pain points head-on. With our new eRFQ feature, we’ve cut through the complexity and delivered a solution that is as simple as it is powerful – helping airlines get what they need, faster and at a lower cost.”

About Spaero

Spaero is a global leader in aircraft parts trading. The UK-based platform was designed to combat challenges such as the manipulation of parts pricing, inaccurate and inauthentic parts data, and slow procurement. Spaero works to streamline and safeguard the procurement process of aircraft parts, ensuring reputable and reliable transactions.

In particular, Spaero prides themselves on their transparency in every transaction. Their mission is to eliminate complexity and ensure trust among buyers, sellers and repair providers, without having to compromise on quality.

This unique approach allows for the efficient acquisition of aircraft parts. As a result, notable airlines – including British Airways, Brussels Airlines, and LATAM Airlines – and key parts suppliers – such as Setna iO, RASG, and Jet Aviation – are already working with Spaero to securely get aircraft back into service, both quickly and safely.
