About the new self-service

airBaltic has launched a new digital service on its website. The new function, called Manage My Booking (MMB), enables travellers to enjoy a more flexible customer experience.

Travellers with flight ticket numbers starting at 657 can modify their flight dates online and do not need to contact customer service.

Travellers can also access flight information, including flight options, fare differences, and applicable change fees, via the system.

The system also allows travellers to make instant payments effectively and seamlessly on the airline’s website.

airBaltic expects that the new system will be able to handle around 4,500 date change requests per month, helping the airline to save human resources and reduce travellers’ waiting time.

SVP Ground Operations and Customer Care at airBaltic Laura Vecvanaga-Puķīte said:

“The launch of this new flight change service exemplifies our commitment to leveraging technology to enhance both service quality and operational efficiency.”

Vecvanaga-Puķīte believes that the new digital service will  “empower passengers to manage their journeys”.
