Qatar Airways will increase the flight frequencies to famous tourism destinations including Miami, London, Tokyo, and The Maldives commencing in autumn due to high traveler demands during the winter season. More particularly, in October 27 London will witness an impressive eight daily flights increasing the total weekly flights to 56.This bold move will make Qatar Airways the biggest Gulf carrier.  Hence, this number combined with the 28 weekly flights to Male , 12 flights to Miami and 11 total flights to Tokyo during the winter season indicates an outstanding understanding of customer needs along with operational excellence.

Furthermore,  the airline will probably offer more than 42.000 seats per week. It will bring 2 daily flights powered by the collaborating airline, British Airways. Thus, the number of air travels will raise to 10 daily flights between London Heathrow airport and Doha as well as Qatar Airways will make use of the Boeing 777-300ER following this route. This collaboration of the two airlines will showcase their dominance and persistence in the UK market. In addition, the airline will provide these new services  to travelers from Australia, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the UK. Thierry Antinori, Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, underlined:

“Our increased flights during the winter holiday season respond to the needs of our passengers who wish to create unforgettable travel experiences.”

American Airlines in Miami and Malvides

Similar to British Airways, American Airlines will  collaborate with the gulf carrier, in order to increase flights to the International Miami Airport from 10 to 12 in total every week. This new addition will also increase connections  via the Florida Airport since the American airlines operate an important Latin American base in Miami giving the option of a lot of new routes to its passengers. So, what do you think? is Qatar Airways the leading airlines in the Gulf area?
