Qatar Airways has officially launched its newest route, flying directly from Doha to Saudi Arabia’s stunning Red Sea region. This marks an important milestone as the airline continues to expand its footprint in the Middle East, enhancing travel options to a rapidly growing luxury tourism destination. The new service aims to boost connectivity, promote sustainable tourism, and support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.

Expanding Qatar Airways’ Footprint in Saudi Arabia

They currently operate over 130 weekly flights across 12 gateways in the Kingdom, demonstrating its long-term dedication to enhancing connectivity throughout the region. The new RSI route adds to the airline’s extensive network of more than 170 global destinations, providing travellers seamless connections from six continents including Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

The Red Sea region, located between Umluj and Al Wajh, is a pristine and rapidly growing tourism hotspot.
