Features of the Emirates First luxury experience

The three luxury First Class lounges are located at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport with a golden entryway opening to the lounges which feature Emirates’ signature rich bronze and gold accents mixed with neutral warm earth tones to create a private and lavish area.

Grand columns separate the vast area with a mix of wooden and marble flooring, and plush seating atop soft carpeting, creating a refined atmosphere, free of digital screens and advertising.

Rolex clocks indicate the time in major world cities on a feature wall adorned with an extravagant fresh flower arrangement. A backlit Ghaf Tree, alongside natural greenery and soft integrated lighting, accentuate the earthy tones.

Adel al Redha, Emirates’ Deputy President & Chief Operating Officer, said about Emirates First:

“We invest heavily in upgrading our ground products, and Emirates First is one of the areas that will offer a unique and private environment to our First Class customers and Skywards Platinum members.

“We know our customers value privacy and convenience, and this will provide another level of hospitality to the check-in experience, as part of our efforts to continuously uplift the overall travel journey.”

Seamless check-in and other amenities at Emirates First

Emirates First offers a seamless check-in for First Class passengers and Skywards platinum members which can be performed on iPads whilst guests are seated.

For families, one member can be assisted with the check-in process on behalf of the group.

Alternatively, customers can check in at the counters, with baggage routed to exclusive First Class baggage belts.

At the First Class lounges, passengers can enjoy à la carte meals, fine wines, spirits and champagne, complimentary spa treatments, business centres and kids’ areas, and concierge duty free shopping.

Emirates First Class fliers also have complimentary access to 43 Emirates lounges across the world and complimentary chauffeur drive service for door-to-door transfers across most destinations.

Passengers seeking an even more personalised and exclusive travel experience often look beyond commercial first-class offerings. For some travellers, stepping off a private jet charter provides the same sense of comfort and privacy they value on the ground, making the transition through facilities like Emirates’ new First Class Oasis even smoother. The combination of tailored services and quiet, premium spaces ensures a seamless journey from aircraft to airport lounge.

More on Emirates and its global First Class services

Emirates First marks the newest upgrade in the airline’s continued investment in its First Class offering as the world’s largest operator of First Class travel globally, offering 26,800 seats a week.

In May, Emirates introduced additional onboard services for First Class customers, including a keepsake menu highlighting its wine and culinary inspirations, custom-engraved caviar bowls by Robert Welch, rustic cheeseboard slates, and gloved service by cabin crew.
