Icelandair has teamed up with L3 Airline Academy, formerly CTC Aviation, to train and develop aspiring pilots to join the airline as First Officers.

This exciting Cadet Pilot Program is an opportunity to work for one of Iceland’s largest private employers with a long and distinguished history.

As a leading airline offering flights to 44 destinations to and from Iceland, Icelandair provides safe, reliable flights and exceptional service. The attractive option for cross-Atlantic flights makes Icelandair a particularly desirable airline to work for.

If you want interesting and challenging work in a good working environment where safety, reliability and quality practices are the guiding values then this could be the opportunity you are looking for.

Cadets will undertake a 18 month course with L3 leading to subsequent employment with Icelandair flying the new Boeing 737MAX aircraft.
