Eve Air Mobility and Revo, a Brazilian company, are taking a major step forward in advancing urban air mobility technology. The two companies will debut the first real-world use of Revo’s Vector software during the 2025 São Paulo Grand Prix, demonstrating how the platform can support efficient and safe air traffic management for eVTOL operations in a busy urban environment.

Real-World Operations at Interlagos

Throughout the Grand Prix weekend, Revo used Eve’s Vector software to coordinate helicopter flights in and out of São Paulo’s Interlagos circuit. The platform’s modular design allows for flexible management of vertiport and heliport activity, streamlining traffic during large-scale events. Its initial features focus on ground and vertiport coordination, while a fleet management module, expected in 2026, will expand capabilities to support eVTOL and helicopter operations as urban air mobility networks grow.

Eve’s CEO, Johann Bordais, emphasised that real-world testing provides critical insights for advancing Vector’s development and reliability. Partnering with Revo, he noted, demonstrates how the system can enhance safety and efficiency in dense, fast-moving environments like São Paulo during the GP weekend.

A Step Toward Urban Air Mobility Integration

Revo, one of Brazil’s leading urban air mobility operators, has been an early adopter of Vector and a close collaborator through several training and testing sessions. CEO Joao Welsh highlighted how the deployment symbolises a new phase for urban flight, one where helicopters today and eVTOLs tomorrow can offer fast, sustainable transportation during high-demand events.

This demonstration forms part of Eve’s broader commercialisation strategy. With additional trials planned at various urban hubs, the company aims to refine Vector as a key enabler of low-altitude, data-driven traffic management, paving the way for a more connected, efficient, and sustainable air mobility ecosystem.
