Embraer will be uniting ten startups across Brazil starting on 13 September 2024.  During this initiative, the company will gather promising startups to explore innovative strategies and identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency across various departments. As part of Innovation Month, the initiative aims to foster a collaborative environment by connecting employees, startups, and global leaders, ultimately strengthening the company’s innovation ecosystem.

Embraer’s Month of Innovation

Embraer’s Innovation Month will kick off with a series of events designed to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. The program includes face-to-face startup collaborations, regional innovation days, online podcasts, and technology seminars.

Effectively, The month will culminate in an awards ceremony on October 7th at Embraer’s headquarters. This initiative will recognize outstanding individuals and teams for their contributions to innovation, reinforcing Embraer’s commitment to leading the future of aerospace innovation.

Dimas Tomelin, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Embraer highlights the importance of this month with his statement:

Embraer has a long history of innovation. To stay ahead, we need to create a thriving innovation ecosystem by facilitating knowledge exchange and building strong connections.
