Delta Announces New Non-stop Routes from LAX

Delta Air Lines announces two new non-stop routes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) scheduled to start in June 2026. This is part of the airline’s strategic expansion plan to further its investment as a domestic and international airline.

New Domestic and International Non-stop Routes

To consolidate its status as the largest global carrier at LAX, Delta is introducing two new non-stop routes from the airport starting from June 2026, connecting LAX to Hong Kong (HKG) daily, and Chicago O’Hare (ORD) three times a day. Paul Baldoni, SVP of Network Planning for the airline, sees this as an important step for the airline’s strategic expansion plans:

“As the largest global carrier at LAX, we’re continuing to invest in routes that matter to our customers and deliver the premium travel experience that they’ve come to expect from Delta.”

The newly added routes are designed to boost global connectivity and reinforce a seamless travelling experience for passengers travelling with Delta. Flights to Hong Kong will be operated with an Airbus A350-900.
