On Feb. 12, 2026, Chorus Aviation Inc. announced an agreement to acquire Kadex Aero Supply in order to broaden and diversify its portfolio across aviation, aerospace, and defence services. This deal is part of a strategic expansion, and the transaction is set to be finalised in the second quarter of 2026.

About the Deal
Through this deal, Chorus aims to build a more diversified and complementary platform of aviation, aerospace, and defence services. Kadex brings a strong, independent distribution network for aircraft parts, supplies, and repair services (serving OEMs like Beechcraft, Cessna, and Piper), which strengthens Chorus’s existing used serviceable materials (USM) business.
This deal represents a strategic move by Chorus. The company’s president and CEO, Colin Copp, described the deal as a significant milestone in advancing the company’s growth strategy. He also stated that Kadex’s strong OEM, customer relationships, its proven operating model and growing revenue base are all factors that are expected to contribute to more resilient and durable earnings in the long term.
Kadex has also stated that joining the Chorus group offers an opportunity to accelerate growth, leverage broader resources, and strengthen its market position while preserving the brand and operational foundation established by its founders.
