Cebu Pacific Airlines has announced a new direct route between Manila, Philippines and Sapporo, Japan starting in January 2025. The demand for travel in Asia has grown rapidly over the last few years. The new route will provide Filipino travellers easy access to popular attractions in Hokkaido. Furthermore, the new Cebu Pacific route will help to expand connections in the intra-Asian region while tourism growth will ensure the welfare of current low-cost carriers (LCC) in the Asia-Pacific region.
