Cargojet names new Chief Executive Officer Pauline Dhillon

On Jan.1, Canada’s leading air cargo service, Cargojet, appointed Pauline Dhillion as its new chief executive officer. This development has been in the works since December 2025, with the role officially beginning early January 2026.

Cargojet’s announcement in mid-December sets up their new year plans

Dhillion has been part of the Cargojet team since it’s inaugaration 24 years ago. Her career has been defined by her expansive transportation and logistics experience in air, maritime and customs. Before she was appointed CEO, Dhillion previously worked in the role of Co-CEO for two years, playing an integral role in building Cargojet into Canada’s leading air cargo service.

Ajay Virmani, Founder and Executive Chairman of Cargojet, praised the new appointment, stating:

“Pauline’s strategic vision, deep understanding of our operations, and commitment to our customers and employees make her the ideal choice to lead Cargojet into the future,”

Virmani added that Dhillion:

“embodies what Cargojet stands for in every respect and has been at the forefront of building a customer-centric culture that has become the foundation of our success”.
