American Airlines is preparing young minds for takeoff with its latest aviation training partnership with George T. Baker Aviation Technical College in Miami. This initiative aims to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals. The program offers hands-on experience and valuable insights into the airline industry.

Preparing the Next Generation

American Airlines has partnered with George T. Baker Aviation Technical College in Miami to transform the future of aviation. Their collective goal is to effectively upskill candidates by providing real-world training, connections to airline operations, and experienced mentors.

Experiential Learning

The students will be trained at American Airlines’ Miami (MIA) Line Maintenance Hangar, with support from aviation experts. These experiences would provide every aspiring aviation professional with real-world skills and theoretical insights from the classroom, enabling an insider’s view of the industry.
