Hangzhou is to become the first city on the Chinese mainland to be serviced by Emirate’s latest aircraft. The Airbus A350 will be deployed to Hangzhou daily from 26 October 2025.  Renowned for its design based around customer comfort, the A350 will also give passengers the opportunity to fly Premium Economy.

Significant Investments

By introducing the Airbus A350 to Hangzhou just three months after its inaugural service, Emirates has demonstrated a commitment to investing in its Chinese operations.

Discussing the deployment, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim said:

Over the last year we have made significant investments in our operations to Chinese mainland, creating meaningful impact through the launch of brand-new destinations and providing an elevated in-flight experience with our latest products. Introducing the A350 to Hangzhou is the natural next step, as we continue to bring the latest and greatest that Emirates has to offer to China’s skies. The A350 is an exciting addition to our fleet mix, adding a new dynamic to our existing operations in China. We look forward to welcoming passengers from Hangzhou on the new Emirates A350 soon.

The A350 will operate on flight EK310 which is scheduled to depart Dubai International Airport daily at 04:15 hrs and arrive in Hangzhou at 16:00 hrs, while the return flight, EK311, leaves Hangzhou at 00:10 hrs, and lands in Dubai at 06:10 hrs (local times.)

Airbus A350: Designed around Customer Comfort

Emirate’s latest offering-the first new aircraft to enter its fleet since 2008-boasts tasteful and spacious cabins, featuring extra high ceilings and wider aisles.

Boasting the airline’s latest interiors, the aircraft elevates the customer experience by offering technology touchpoints and innovative inflight entertainment.

The three-class aircraft also makes luxury travel more accessible, with a Premium Economy cabin featuring leather reclining seats,  adjustable headrests, a side cocktail table, in-seat charging points and a 13.3-inch TV screen. Premium Economy passengers will also be offered a sizeable pillow and blanket, complimentary amenity kits on selected flights and Chandon Vintage Brut 2017-an exclusive sparkling wine.
