Air France participates in the 34th annual Aviation Training and Careers Fair to provide career guidance and recruitment to prospects in the aviation sector.

Air France Participates in Aviation Training and Careers Fair

During a three-day visit to the Aviation Training and Careers Fair, Air France provided career guidance and recruitment to prospective aviation industry professionals.

Around 30 employees provided expert knowledge on aircraft maintenance, pilot and crew training, and the aviation industry to aviation enthusiasts, teachers, parents, and more.

Valérie Gary, Air France’s Employer Brand and Schools Relation Manager, shared the company’s hiring prospects and goals during the roundtable on recruitment needs:

“Air France offers a wide variety of careers, open to everyone, and values both technical and interpersonal skills. One of our ambitions is to break down stereotypes and show that anyone can thrive in aeronautics, regardless of their background or gender.”

Air France Recruitment: “Anyone Can Thrive in Aeronautics”

By meeting recruiters in person and learning about the aviation industry’s interpersonal skills, visitors could participate in a more streamlined recruitment process.

The recruitment team at Air France shared openings in different sectors of the company, and in aviation, such as aircraft maintenance, particularly technicians, engine mechanics and airframe mechanics.

The team also provided feedback on the hiring process, helping prospective aviation professionals tailor advice for future hiring.
