APEX Global Rating 5-Star Award

The Airline Passenger Experience Association is one of the most renowned aviation organisations globally. It is engaged in evaluating the quality of passenger service in the most prominent airlines. A five-star rating can only be obtained by an airline that conforms to high APEX standards. This includes high level comfort within the flight experience and digital services based on real passenger feedback. Each year, APEX partners with Triplt from Concur, together they assemble flight reviews from over 600 airlines around the world. External auditors conduct a thorough data review. They confirm the authenticity of reviews, ensuring the reliability of the collected information. The entire process of rigorous selection confirms APEX’s high rating and is well respected in the aviation industry.

Accomplishment of Air Canada

The APEX Global Rating 5-Star Award reflects Air Canada’s commitment to improving its services and providing passengers with a better experience. Recently the airline upgraded aircraft models, modernised waiting rooms and expanded digital services. The significant investment has improved the personal service provided to passengers and simplified the registration process. This has contributed to the improvement of digital tools, upgraded lounges and premium services on board, as well as improved passenger comfort. For 2025, Air Canada received the award for the fifth time in the last six years. Each time the airline proves its dedication to providing the highest quality service for domestic and international routes. Commitment to regular progress has been recognised by passengers and the airline has established a constant customer base.

Its prospective intentions might involve extending in-flight amenities, advancing environmentally friendly operations, and making technology breakthroughs. Passenger expectations are rising, so such goals will satisfy them and help the airline remain competitive amongst others in the emerging market. According to the research, high industry ratings and loyalty are accessible for airlines that are innovative and focus on sustainable growth and customer convenience.
