airBaltic Recruitment Drive For Junior Roles

New junior hires in over 200 positions are expected to be within crew roles by summer 2026, with keen invitations to applicants with an aspiring interest in aviation. No prior experience is needed to apply for a career with the Latvian carrier.

Successful applicants will receive fully funded training and experience on airBaltic’s international team, they will obtain a Cabin Crew certificate within 2 months of beginning the programme.

The role is perfect for those with tighter, or out of the ordinary 9-5 schedule, by offering a flexible schedule. Opportunities such as travel, career development, and multicultural immersion are available for successful candidates.

“As we prepare for the upcoming summer season and continue expanding our fleet, we are opening up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew vacancies across the Baltic region. Interest in this opportunity has always been high, and we are delighted to welcome candidates who are passionate about aviation and thrive in a dynamic environment.” shares Marina Volkova, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at airBaltic.

airBaltic 200 roles ‘expands fleet’

Opening 200 roles has expanded the Latvian carrier’s network massively, marking a major milestone. Training cabin crew will undergo professional, high-standard learning to operate safely.

Onboard safety, customer care, sales and smooth operations of daily flights is the main priority of airBaltic and will be reflected through cabin crew training.

The success of airBaltic is driven by professional, well-trained people, and we offer fully paid training and a clear development path – both for those starting their careers and for those seeking a new professional direction.” shares Volkova.
