JetBlue and Condor have announced the expansion of their partnership, which will boost benefits for the former’s loyalty programme. TrueBlue members can now earn and redeem points on flights carried out by Condor, encouraging flexible travel across the world. This new update is effective immediately, allowing enthusiastic travellers to organise their flights and plan their trips today.

TrueBlue’s Boosted Benefits
Partnered since 2015, JetBlue and Condor are continuing to grow their collaboration to improve rewards offered to loyal passengers. The two carriers have now built upon their existing partnership so that members of JetBlue’s TrueBlue loyalty programme can earn and redeem their points on flights operated by Condor. This development increases global connectivity and provides customers a simplified method to travel around the world.
This announcement follows JetBlue’s launch of their flight booking platform, TrueBlue Travel, earlier this month. The airline also reworked the TrueBlue points system to cover a wider range of benefits, such as JetBlue flights, hotel bookings, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, theme park tickets, and travel bags.
German airline, Condor, currently offers flights to over 70 global destinations – including the nine U.S. stops of New York (JFK), Boston (BOS), Miami (MIA), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), Las Vegas (LAS), Portland (PDX), and Anchorage (ANC). With recent expansion across Europe, TrueBlue members can travel across America and Europe with ease, connecting exciting cities such as Paris (CDG), Berlin (BER), Rome (FCO), Hamburg (HAM), Munich (MUC), Milan (MXP), Prague (PRG), Vienna (VIE) and Zurich (ZRH).
Edward Pouthier, Vice President of Loyalty and Personalisation at JetBlue, has commented on the development of the TrueBlue loyalty programme with Condor:
“Expanding our loyalty partnerships is a key part of how we deliver greater value to our customers. Through our collaboration with Condor, TrueBlue members now have more ways to turn their loyalty into meaningful travel experiences. We’re proud to continue growing the TrueBlue program in ways that meet the needs of today’s traveler by offering access to a wider range of destinations around the world.”
David Carlisle, Vice President of Network Planning & Partnerships at Condor, has also made a statement about the carrier’s partnership with JetBlue:
“After a decade of successful partnership, we’re excited to further deepen our collaboration with JetBlue. Integrating Condor flights into the TrueBlue program adds meaningful value for our guests by offering another attractive frequent flyer option — one that complements our existing partnerships and is especially relevant for transatlantic travelers. At the same time, our European network is becoming even more accessible and appealing to TrueBlue members. We are also looking forward to physically moving closer to JetBlue when Condor moves into the brand-new Terminal 6 at JFK next year – right next to JetBlue’s Terminal 5.”
