Arabic is central to Emirates’ brand and operations, from its iconic logo to its robust customer services. With over 4,000 Arabic-speaking cabin crew, the airline ensures seamless communication and hospitality for Arabic-speaking travelers.

Emirates Celebrates Arabic Culture Through Iconic Logo and Services

Emirates celebrates Arabic language through its iconic logo and extensive services, reflecting the airline’s deep-rooted connection to its UAE heritage. The logo, featuring elegant Arabic calligraphy, symbolises this commitment, showcasing how Emirates celebrates Arabic language in its global branding. Specifically, it was designed in 1985 and updated in 1999, the stylised script “الإمارات” reflects sophistication and cultural pride.

Additionally, this commitment extends to customer service, with Emirates’ website and app fully accessible in Arabic, allowing users to book flights, manage reservations, and check flight status in their native language. Offering Arabic services and support through phone, email, and social media, Emirates celebrates Arabic language by ensuring a seamless experience for Arabic-speaking customers worldwide.
